The huge volume of information available (especially for us self-motivated types) telling us what we “should” or “shouldn’t” be eating and what we “should’ or “shouldn’t” be doing can lead to a sense of confusion, inertia and frustration. We look around us and see nothing but opportunities, options, choices and even more things we “should” do.
Those of us blessed with busy and thought-filled minds tend to let it ALL in but we need to become more discerning, more selective. Rather than collating a long list of health and food “dos”, “don’ts”, “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts” we can learn to take what works for us and leave the rest giving us a greater sense of lightness, freedom and vitality in body and mind.
