My pleasure Lisa!

I really like olive oil and balsamic too - and cheese is pretty much ALWAYS a good thing!

At the moment, I'm going through a phase of keeping things as simple as possible - it'll change I'm sure but right now I'm finding a lot of tastes a bit too strong for me.

Don't know what I'd do without olives though... I LOVE EM! Olives stuffed with chili, olives stuffed with almonds, olives stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, olives stuffed with blue cheese (for those ULTRA decadent moments!), olives stuffed with pistachios, olives stuffed with olives, olives stuffed with love..... Mmmmmmmmmmm

I love this - except I'm not an olives fan - probably not quite as healthy, but I tend to substitute olives with some feta or bocconcini - and I enjoy a splash of balsamic and olive oil on top too! Thanks for your recipes - they're great!
